How much does shipping cost ? How long does it take ?

Shipping costs depend on the area you are in, it will show up under your basket total once you check out.  

All U.K. and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail. 

Express option is available and will be shipped via DHL Express. 

If you live outside of the U.K. and would like to organise an express shipment. Please contact us [online-AT-marieyat.com] for a separate shipping quote.

 You are liable to pay customs and duty which may occur in any shipping destination outside of the U.K. 

Please allow more time for delivery during Sale periods,Christmas, Bank Holidays.

If no one was present when my parcel arrived, can you re-send it ? 

Please contact your local mail services with the tracking number we provided. Normally you will be able to arrange a re-delivery or a collection from your local post office if it was only for a few days. Check with your local post office or drop-off points. 

For any reason if you are not able to collect the parcel for a longer period of time, usually your parcel will be sent back to us. To re-send your items you are liable to cover the new shipping cost, customs and duty charges according to your location. 

Can I return sale items ?

All sale item(s) listed on the website are final sale. No returns and exchange. 

What if I change my mind ?


  1. Send us an e-mail to let us know you would like to return the item(s). A Return Authorization Number will be given to you via e-mail.

  2. Complete the return form including the Return Authorization number that is included in your original package.

  3. Send us the parcel back with the item(s) you wish to return with a registered mail, which we can follow up with a tracking number.
    Make sure you retain a proof of posting.

4. If you live outside of the U.K.
Please send the item(s) back as 
returned item(s).


What’s your return policy ?


If you wish to cancel your order for any reason,
you may do so up to 14 days after the receipt of the product(s). 

Please send us an e-mail to let us know.
You will be given a Return Authorization Number to fill in the return form.

We accept items in their original condition with original tags for a full refund. Please keep the pieces in its perfect sellable condition.
Make sure they are not soiled by deodorant or other beauty products.

For hygienic reasons, we recommend you to try on the underwear pieces over your own underwear. We do not accept any worn or soiled garments.

Socks are non refundable for hygienic reasons. 

We recommend that you send the return goods by registered post and retain proof of posting. Any damaged or missing items will be charged for. Our carriage charge is non-refundable. A full refund will be made with 30 days of your cancellation, following inspection of the returned product including shipping cost.

For full priced items, can I make an exchange ?


We can exchange item(s) where different sizes of the same style is requested. Otherwise please return the item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund ?


A full refund will be made within 30 days of your cancellation after we have received your return package and inspection of the product(s). The refund will be credited to the same card you used to make the original purchase.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the refund had been processed.
